The Red Arrow Belt Spray System has been designed for linear or batch processing applications. The design advantages include variable belt speeds, upper and lower spray manifolds, pressurized tanks, flowmeter control and micron filtration. Red Arrow has designed the belt spray to apply a variety of Condensed Natural Smoke™ (sometimes reffered to as "liquid smoke") and browning agents. The belt spray utilizes spray nozzles that ensure a consistent and uniform spray pattern without overspray.

The belt spray system can improve yield results and enhance color of finished food products including snack foods, meatballs, breakfast sausage links and patties, chicken filets.

The belt spray system when used to spray browning agents can result in textural and browning enhancements in pot pies and handheld microwavable items.
