The POWRDRENCH® Model 2000 Tree Drench System provides meat processors the opportunity to add a Condensed Natural Smoke™ (sometimes referred to as "liquid smoke") drenching system to a processing line utilizing a batch-type or continuous cooking operation. Red Arrow's Model 2000 is a complete drench system contained in a free standing cabinet. Our drench cabinet designs are compatible with any of the sausage, bacon, or ham batch or continuous ovens currently used in the industry. Red Arrow will construct a drenching cabinet tailored to meet the needs of your operation.
