Preparation

  1. Boil cauliflower and parsnips in water until soft. 
  2. Drain the vegetables well. 
  3. Puree the vegetables and garlic until smooth. 
  4. Add the butter, heavy cream, salt and the Red Arrow products and blend until combined.
