Preparation

  1. Combine the lemon grass stalks, ginger and chicken broth in a small sauce pot. Heat to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes
  2. Heat a soup pot on medium heat; add oil and sauté onions and bell peppers for 5 minutes. 
  3. Combine the dry spices and modified food starch together in a separate dish.
  4. Spread the coconut out on a sheet pan and bake for 7 minutes at 350°F.
  5. Add all of the ingredients into the soup pot with the onions and bell peppers.
  6. Add Red Arrow product to above mixture. 
  7. Bring the soup to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
