Preparation

  1. Brown the pork in a skillet with the vegetable oil.
  2. Add the onion and seasoning and sauté until the onions are translucent.
  3. Add the flour and cook for two minutes and then add the remaining ingredients except the cilantro.
  4. Simmer until the meat is tender.
  5. Add the Red Arrow products and the cilantro.
