Preparation

  1. In a hot wok add oil and Samal Oelek, sauté for 30 seconds, add the shallot, black pepper and sugar, sauté for two minutes.
  2. Add remaining ingredients including Red Arrow products. 
  3. Simmer until it thickens to sauce consistency.
