Preparation

  1. Sauté onions in a sauce pan with the olive oil for 8 minutes.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients into a sauce pot except the diced apples.  Add the sautéed onions to the sauce pot.  Add Red Arrow product to above mixture.
  3. Bring the soup to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and add the apples.
  5. Serve immediately or cool for later use.
