Preparation

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet until golden brown and crisp.  Drain off all but a little of the grease.
  2. Add the shrimp, scallops, red onion, pepper, salt and garlic.
  3. Continue to cook until seafood is done.
  4. Rmove from heat and drain and retain the liquid.
  5. Set the seafood mixture aside.
  6. Reduce the retained liquid until thick and combine in a bowl with seafood mixture. 
  7. Mix in the red peppers and chill.
  8. Mix the Red Arrow product into the mayonnaise.  Fold the seafood mixture in to the mayonnaise.
  9. Combine with lettuce  just before serving.
