Preparation

  1. Blend all of the ingredients in a blender. 
  2. Add Red Arrow product to above mixture and blend. 
  3. Combitherm bake the pork butts for 3 hours at 325ºF with steam. Pull into shreds.
  4. Add 8% seasoning to 92% meat weight. Toss until uniform.

Fire Roasted Grill RA15019: adds a roasted savory flavor with a little smoke and smooth grill notes.
Usage rate: 3.12%,

Nat FL Pork Type RA07129: enhances the pork profile and taste.
