Preparation

  1. Blend all of the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Add Red Arrow product to above mixture and blend.  
  3. Combitherm bake the chicken thighs for 30 to 45 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165°F.  Pull into shreds.
  4. Add 8% seasoning to 92% meat weight.  Toss until uniform.
