Preparation

  1. Cut chuck roast into 1 – 2 inch pieces.
  2. Combine the remaining ingredients together including the Red Arrow product.
  3. Rub the seasoning into the meat pieces.
  4. Place the pieces in a pan.  Cover and bake in the oven at 275°F until fork tender.
  5. Remove the cover and continue to cook until the liquid is reduced by 75%.
  6. Shred the meat allowing any remaining moisture to be absorbed.
*Garnish with chopped fresh white onions, cilantro, lime and hot sauce.
