Preparation

  1. Combine all of the ingredients including the Red Arrow product in a beaker with a stirbar.  Place on a stir plate and stir until completely incorporated. 
  2. Use the marinade at 15% and meat at 85%.  Cut the pork into small cubes before marinating.  
  3. Vacuum tumble for 30 minutes at 20Hg.
  4. Prepare the meat as desired (Generally on a flat grill with high heat or a wok).
