Preparation

  1. Place the Abjol pepper, fennel seeds, coriander seeds and whole cumin in a skillet and toast until fragrant.  Grind to a fine powder.
  2. Combine with remaining ingredients including the Red Arrow product and simmer briefly.
  3. Strain and chill.
