Preparation

  1. Saute the onions, red peppers andgarlic in EVOO until translucent.
  2. Add the Red Arrow product and the remaining ingredients to the sauce pot. Mix until combined.
  3. Bring the ingredients to a boil over medium heat.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer for 25-30 minutes.
