- In a medium sized mixing bowl, add onion, garlic, ginger, mushrooms, carrots scallions, cilantro, salt, pepper, and soy sauce.
- Dice chicken breast into small pieces and add to ingredients in the bowl.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add the bowl of mixed ingredients. Cook until the chicken is done and set aside.
- In a medium sized pot, combine the water, rice, chicken base, and Red Arrow product. Bring that to a boil and then add the other cooked ingredients. Cover and cook on low heat until the rice is done.
