Preparation

  1. In a medium sized mixing bowl, add onion, garlic, ginger, mushrooms, carrots scallions, cilantro, salt, pepper, and soy sauce.
  2. Dice chicken breast into small pieces and add to ingredients in the bowl.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add the bowl of mixed ingredients. Cook until the chicken is done and set aside.
  4. In a medium sized pot, combine the water, rice, chicken base, and Red Arrow product. Bring that to a boil and then add the other cooked ingredients. Cover and cook on low heat until the rice is done.
