Preparation

  1. In a sauce pan heat oil over medium temperature.
  2. Add onion and cook until opaque, then add tomatillos and cook for a moment longer.
  3. Blend the salt, pepper, coriander, cumin, garlic and oregano. Stir in this mixture.
  4. Add the beans and mix well; then stir in the Red Arrow product and the Poblano chilies. Simmer for 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
