Preparation

  1. Saute the onions and mushrooms slices and set aside.  
  2. Mix the water, salt and butter and heat to a boil.  Remove from heat. 
  3. Add the Red Arrow product and mix. 
  4. Add the dehydrated potatoes and mix. 
  5. Add the egg mixture and chives and mix until combined.  
  6. Pipe the potatoes unto rosettes on a greased sheet pan.  
  7. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
