Preparation

  1. Heat the vegetable oil and sauté the onions until translucent.
  2. Add the chicken and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Add the dry seasonings and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Add the remaining ingredients (Excluding the crushed tortilla chips) including the Red Arrow products, bring to a boil and simmer for 25 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat, allow to cool, remove the bones from the soup.
  7. Add the crushed tortilla chips just before serving.
