Preparation

  1. Cut the flank steak into 1 – 2 inch pieces.
  2. Combine the remaining ingredients with the Red Arrow product.
  3. Place the flank steak pieces in a pan and pour the mixture over them.
  4. Cover and bake at 275°F until fork tender.
  5. Remove cover and continue to cook until almost dry.
  6. Shred the meat allowing any remaining moisture to be absorbed.
*Garnish with chopped radishes, fresh jalapeno, tomatoes and lettuce.
