Preparation
- Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium high heat. Add onions and garlic and cook until just translucent.
- Stir in rice. Push rice to the edges of the pan. Pour in eggs and whisk until no longer wet.
- Add vegetables, chicken, soy sauce, white pepper and the Red Arrow product. Cook, stirring, until heated through.
- Sprinkle with scallions before serving.
