Preparation

1. Melt butter in a large saucepan. Add onion and garlic and sauté until just tender.

2.  Add tomato sauce, cherries, brown sugar, orange juice, molasses, cider vinegar, ancho chili powder, dry mustard, salt, white pepper and cayenne pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

3.  Use and immersion blender to blend sauce together until smooth. Stir in Red Arrow products.
